However the GOsC (General Osteopathic Council) and insurance regulatory policies require registrants to keep personal data for seven years after a patients last appointment, or in the case of paediatric patients we are required to hold this data for seven years after the eighteenth birthday of this individual.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, organisational and managerial procedures and measures to safeguard the personal data and information we collect online. Examples include: Ensuring access to your account is controlled by password and username which are unique to you;
