Hannah Needler

M.Ost ND DO

I am Hannah and I graduated as an Osteopath in 2011 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Masters of Osteopathy, Naturopathy Diploma, and a Diploma in Osteopathic medicine. I have worked all over the country (and even abroad) since qualifying as an Osteopath but it was only in 2019 that my family and I decided to move back to Beverley, where both myself and my husband are originally from. Through my career as an Osteopath, and a Mum, I have learned that movement is the key. If our bodies and joints move in the way they are designed to, then we as individuals are much less likely to injure ourselves and continue with a healthy and happy life. It was after I became a Mum that I also discovered pilates. Pilates strengthens muscles at the core of our body. Essentially the foundation. If we have a healthy and strong foundation then we will have a strong healthy body.

I believe strongly in pilates for all. It isn't just for people who are in ‘the know’ but anyone at any ability who is keen to have a go. I try to make my studio environment as easygoing as possible, we have lots of ways to get to our goal without making the exercise too hard! It is after all meant to be fun!

Away from work, I have 3 beautiful little girls who keep me very busy, a very understanding husband, and a long-suffering Goldendoodle called Hettie. If I ever get any downtime after that I love to get creative with painting, knitting, or crocheting!

Rowann O'Donoghue

B.Ost

I am Rowann and I recently graduated with the College of Osteopaths and now I have a Bachelors of Osteopathy degree (B.Ost). The course also included over 1000 hours of supervised clinical training.  The degree covered a variety of modules which means I have received extensive training in the musculoskeletal system, anatomy and physiology.

Through my studies, I have gained a passion for understanding the causes and mechanisms of various diseases and conditions. Therefore, I like to stay up to date on the latest research regarding any conditions we may come across, and what we can do to help you with these.

During my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to treat a wide range of people and complaints. I have a particular interest in headaches and how they can have a profound impact on a person's quality of life. I enjoy discussing personalised treatment plans with my patients which incorporate Osteopathic techniques, lifestyle suggestions and wellness strategies tailored to help the individual.

Osteopathy is a holistic approach which means we take your individuality into account as a person. Many things can contribute to your general health, and we’ll do our best to consider this and provide a bespoke service tailored to your individual needs.

In my personal life I enjoy travelling, spending time with my dog and I have recently found a passion for bouldering!
